The City has been plunged into terror after at least 20 people were hit by a car in Times Square.
Unconfirmed reports state that at least one person died during the attack.
A speeding vehicle smashed into pedestrians, according to an announcement at nearby Reuters news agency headquarters.
The video was uploaded to Instagram by p_huddy913 following the incident.

In the footage a man can be seen being dragged by police towards a police car by cops as he is put in the back of the vehicle.
The wreckage of the vehicle, which is suspected to have driven into pedestrians in Times Square and can be seen towards the end of the clip.
One report features a witness claiming the driver was heading against traffic before mounting the pavement.
The car crashed into a pole and came to rest at 45th Street and Broadway.
The New York Fire Department has confirmed there are at least 20 injured on site.
Witnesses a number of people were being treated for injuries on the ground after the collision at the Midtown Manhattan tourist site.
President Trump is said to have been "made aware" of the incident.
The New York Police Department said it is not believed at this point the crash was terror related.
Speaking to Sky News, after the incident, a witness, who heard the chaos, but did not see the incident explained the aftermath of what happened.
He said: “I would have to imagine that the vehicle had to be travelling more than 30 mph.
“You know what the traffic is like here, it’s quite congested, to hit people and to be catapulted up onto there [the bollard], he would have to have been exceeding the speed limit here.
“We are still kind of baffled to how it could have got so high on the poll itself unless it hit another vehicle.”
