Martin Kemp has admitted that his wedding cake was made of cannabis
The hitmaker admitted that guests at the event back in 1988 were "off their faces" after eating the sweet treat, which looked like a traditional, three-tier cake on the outside.
A friend of the 55-year-old and his spouse of nearly 30 years made the cake for them following their return from their secret nuptials in St Lucia.
Let It Shine's Martin commented: "There was a man and woman at the top [of the cake] and it was traditional but somebody else had made it… the whole thing was made of dope."
The former EastEnders star continued: "The whole thing was a space cake. People were walking around my house off their faces. It went on for hours and hours.

"But I’ll tell you something, it was the only cake where we had adults queuing up to take a bit home," during an interview with The Sun.
Martin also went onto discuss his first date with his other half, 54, of 80s pop duo Pepsi & Shirlie.
After meeting for the first time on Top of the Pops, when Shirlie was performing with Wham! as a backing vocalist, they organised a meet-up, which didn't exactly go to plan.

Martin added: "As I walked to Camden Palace, the worst thing happened. She was with her mate… but her mate was George Michael. I spent all night trying to get rid of him."
However, all worked out well, and he couple are now parents to Capital FM DJ Roman, 25, and photographer Harley, 27.
The family had been planning to spend Boxing Day with George last year, and were left "devastated" by his death on Christmas Day.
