In another of her acceptance speeches, the star thanked her long-tome manager Jonathan Dickins, saying: “I owe you everything.
“We’ve been together 10 years and I love you like you’re my dad,” she continued, before appearing to make a dig at her estranged father, adding pointedly: “I don’t love my dad, that’s the thing. That doesn’t mean a lot. I love you like I would love my dad.”

Adele slammed her estranged father in her Grammys speech
Her father, Marc Evans, reportedly left her and her mother when she was just three, and in an interview with The Sun in 2011 he revealed: “I was a rotten father at a time when she really needed me. I was putting away two litres of vodka and seven or eight pints of Stella every day.”
Adele had a drama-packed evening, also shocking audiences by breaking her best album award in two to give half to Beyoncé, saying: “I couldn’t possibly accept this award.”
After thanking Beyoncé in her acceptance speech, she said: “Lemonade was so monumental and so well thought out and so beautiful and soul-baring. We all got to see a side to you that you don’t always let us see and we appreciate that.”

Adele told Beyoncé: “I love you and I always have and I always will,” before later being seen with her award broken in half, apparently giving the crown part to the Lemonade star.
Adele’s eventful evening was topped off by an emotional tribute to the late George Michael, during which she swore and was forced to restart the performance.
Singing the Wham! frontman’s hit Fastlove, she stopped halfway through and swore before saying: “I know it’s live TV, I’m sorry. I can’t do it again like last year."
At the previous Grammy Awards British star suffered with audio issues during her performance.
“I’m sorry for swearing and I’m sorry for starting again,” she continued. “Can we please start it again?” I’m sorry, I can’t mess this up for him.”
