BREAKING: Man suffers head injury after Storm Doris blows roof debris at Victoria Station

Storm Doris debris has injured a man in Victoria, central London

Emergency services rushed to the scene in Cardinal Place shopping centre, opposite the main station, where a new entrance to the Tube opened a month ago.

Paramedics treated a man for head injuries and took him to hospital.

Pictures showed an ambulance, two fire engines and a police van, as well as dozens of firefighters, police and paramedics attending the scene.

Victoria Street has been closed to traffic as Storm Doris causes havoc in central London.

Earlier today a woman in her 20s died in Wolverhampton after she was hit by flying debris.
