The £30million summer signing’s temperament has been brought into question on more than one occasion this season.
And Xhaka is back under-fire again following his reckless tackle on Burnley’s Steven Defour which earned him a second straight red card in an Arsenal shirt.
The Switzerland international was dismissed back in October against Swansea, and he now faces a four-game ban after his sending off on Sunday.

Arsene Wenger will have a meeting with Granit Xhaka this week to discuss his discipline for Arsenal
Wenger will not let the midfielder’s actions lie and the Gunners boss is set to haul Xhaka in for a grilling
Xhaka’s two-footed challenge almost cost Arsenal in their 2-1 win over Burnley, but a last-minute penalty kept them in the title race.
According to the Mirror though, Wenger will not let the midfielder’s actions lie and the Gunners boss is set to haul Xhaka in for a grilling.
Arsene Wenger is said to be furious as it was the 24-year-old’s second red this term and he has already been warned with regards to his discipline.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is in hot water too following his behaviour in the Burnley win
As a result, the Arsenal manager will apparently give Xhaka a dressing down, having already admitted he thought the dismissal was justified.
The tough-tackling Gunners ace is not the only person in trouble for their behaviour in the Burnley clash.
Wenger himself has been handed a misconduct charge by the FA after he gave referee Jon Moss a tirade of abuse before being sent off and then shoved fourth official Anthony Taylor.
The 67-year-old faces a lengthy stadium ban meaning he may miss Arsenal’s showdown at Chelsea, along with the suspended Xhaka, on February 4.
