Gnabry left Arsenal in the summer to join Werder Bremen and recently said he hasn't ruled out returning to the Emirates in the future.
The 21-year-old spent four years at Arsenal but struggled to break into Arsene Wenger's first-team plans.
After just 10 Premier League appearances, Gnabry forced through a £5million move to Bremen in the summer and has since hit the ground running in the Bundesliga, scoring seven goals in 16 matches.
His form led to a first international call-up by Germany and he scored a hat-trick on his debut against San Marino in November.

Bayern Munich have reportedly been tracking Gnabry's progress while Arsenal have also been linked with re-signing the winger.
But Wenger has said Arsenal are not in the market to bring Gnabry back to Arsenal any time soon.
“We’ve sold Gnabry definitely to Bremen,” Wenger said.
“At the time it looked like Bayern were behind it but at the moment we’re not resigning him.”

Breman are keen to hold talks with Gnabry over the next few weeks in a bid to convince the former Arsenal winger to remain at the Weserstadion.
"We will sit down with Serge Gnabry any time soon and talk about the future," Bremen sporting executive Frank Baumann said.
"It's important for us that we most of all convince him with sporting arguments."
