The I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! hosts received their prestigious accolades from Prince Charles at Buckingham Palace this morning and decided to “break with tradition” especially for the occasion.
The Geordie pair are famed for their regulatory stances: Anthony McPartlin always standing on the left while Declan Donnelly always stands beside him to his right.
However, to mark the monumental occasion, the pair switched positions which not only freaked out the viewers at home, but even made the two of them feel a little uneasy.
"It's normally me first,” explained Ant, 41. “Ant & Dec, and I'll go first, but today Dec went before me which was a break from tradition."

"It just looks weird, it doesn't look right!" Dec, 41, chuckled.
When the duo’s stance was thrown under the spotlight, they instantly switched back to their natural positions.
And & Dec made their television debuts on CBBC’s Byker Grove, aged 13, in 1990, and eventually became the most popular and lucrative presenting team in the United Kingdom, a title sealed after they won their 16th consecutuive National Television Award this week.

And and Dec were joined by their partners Lisa Armstrong and Ali Astall
They’ve since fronted record-breaking Saturday night favourites including Pop Idol, Britain’s Got Talent and Saturday Night Takeaway, while they were plucked to present the Queen’s 90th birthday celebrations in 2016 and filmed the 40 Years of the Prince’s Trust documentary with Prince Charles last year.
“We are both shocked, but incredibly honoured to receive OBEs,” they said upon receiving their titles. “We are just two ordinary lads from the west end of Newcastle.”
They continued: “We hope us receiving this honour can inspire young people to chase their dreams and believe that anything is possible.”
