Xbox One Backwards Compatibility has three new Xbox 360 games confirmed
Xbox’s Larry Hryb made the announcement on Twitter, revealing that TEKKEN 6, Midway Arcade Origins and Mutant Storm Empire were all being made part of the program.
According to the official Xbox One Backwards Compatibility voting site, Tekken 6 is the most popular of the bunch but is still quite a low-level title compared to others.
Capcom fighting title has garnered over 6,000 votes for its inclusion, a pretty small number compared with the top ten most requested.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 remains no.1, with over 200k votes counted so far it’s eventual BC launch.
Fans continue to put pressure on the Xbox team over when they might see the popular COD title makes its debut, however, there’s no guarantee this will ever happen.

The final decision remains with the publisher, Activision, who has given no inclination so far when they would like to see Black Ops 2 made playable on Xbox One.
It could even counter-intuitive to their own plans, especially if they’re planning another remastering project in the near future.
Xbox Chief Phil Spencer says he really wants to see the most requested Xbox One Backwards Compatibility game make its debut.
With his Colleague Larry Hryb being asked on the subject of when Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 might be released, Spencer is now also answering questions on the subject.
The popular COD title has sat top of the official Microsoft list of most requested BC games since it was first created and it now has over 200k votes for its inclusion.
Now, Spencer has talked more on Black Ops 2's eventual arrival, telling fans: "Please don't take my lack of response on BO2 as a lack of caring, I really want to see this come to BC.
"We confirm third party games in BC with the 3Ps approval, so I can't (confirm) but know that we care about the voted on list.
"Team knows that a lot of people are passionate about these 2 in BC."
January has been a good week so far for the Backwards Compatibility program, with 13 new Xbox 360 games launched this month alone.
And there’s been no suggestion from Microsoft that they plan to stop anytime soon, the program has proven extremely popular with fans and remains a unique selling point for the Xbox One consoles.
