Barry Hawkins (16/1) and Shaun Murphy (20/1) are further back in the betting.

Seven-times world champion Stephen Hendry, meanwhile, is backing Selby for glory.
He said: “It’s going to be very open this year and I think there are six or seven great players you could make a case for winning the World Championship.
“If I had to pick one, I’d have to go with Selby.
“His all-round game and the way he plays suits the long frame format.
“You have to scrape him off the table and someone has to show a tremendous mental stamina to beat him over those long matches and that’s just as tough as playing sometimes.”
