Rolf Harris being tried at Southwark Crown CourtGETTY

The alleged victim claimed that she does not see Rolf Harris as an easy target for compensation

The alleged victim dismissed the suggestion she came forward to get a payout from the multi-millionaire.

Questioned by Harris’s barrister Stephen Vullo she said: “I have not claimed compensation and I do not intend to claim compensation.”

The middle-aged woman said she was a teenage pop fan when Harris groped her breast when she went to the hit BBC show Saturday Superstore in 1983.

I do not intend to claim compensation.

Alleged victim

Southwark Crown Court also heard Harris allegedly ran his hand over a 19-year-old’s singer’s back and made an obscene remark.

The alleged incident happened as she rehearsed with other musicians in London in 2002.

She did not go to police at the time and denied “over-dramatising” her account for the jury.

Harris, 86, formerly of Bray, Berkshire, denies indecently assaulting seven alleged victims aged from 12 to 42 between 1971 and 2004.

The trial continues.
