Mirka has been married to Roger Federer since 2009
Roger Federer takes on world No.11 Tomas Berdych on Centre Court this afternoon as he hunts his eighth Wimbledon title – and 19th Grand Slam.
Mirka has been at Federer’s side ever since they shared their first kiss on the last day of the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.
“Mirka has been amazing support for me. She's the best," Federer said.
"I'm happy she allows me to chase our dreams, because she's in it as much as I am, even though she's more on a different side right now.”
Mirka was once a top-100 tennis player but retired from the game in 2002 after failing to recover from a persistent foot injury.
