Where is the Super Bowl 2017?

The Super Bowl will be played at the huge NRG Stadium – the home of the Houston Texans – in Houston, Texas.

The 71,795-capacity stadium also holds international soccer matches, the Texas Bowl and the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

The venue, formerly known as the Reliant Stadium, hosted the Super Bowl XXXVIII in which the Patriots defeated the the Carolina Panthers.

The 2014 game is remembered for the Janet Jackson’s infamous wardrobe malfunction that exposed her right breast.

The Superbowl VIII was played at a Rice Stadium in Houston in 1974. The last Super Bowl was held at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

When is the Super Bowl 2017?

The 51st Super Bowl is on Sunday February 5 2017. The Super Bowl kicks off at 6.30pm local time in the US (11.30pm GMT).

What are the odds for the Super Bowl 2017?


New England Patriots are the 4/6 favourites to win, just ahead of the Atlanta Falcons at 5/4, according to the latest odds from bookmaker Coral.

Coral said: “It’s old stager Tom Brady and his consistently effective Patriots who look likeliest to snare another ring.”

Brady the quarterback is trying to lead the Patriots to their fifth NFL title win after defeating the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.

“Mental toughness is what it is all about and this team has got it. We'll see if we can write the perfect ending,” he said.
