When is the Grand National?
The Grand National will take place on Saturday April 8 at 5.15pm BST at the Aintree Racecourse near Liverpool.
There are six other races on the same day, with the first race at 1.40pm BST and the last one at 6.10pm BST.

The first day of racing at Aintree is Liverpool Day on Thursday April 6, followed by Ladies’ Day on Friday April 7.
The Grand National involves two laps of a challenging four-mile race track with 16 fences for the horses to jump over.

What are the latest odds for the race?
A total of 40 racers will compete for the title of champion, but only 60 per cent of them will complete the race.
Vieux Lion Rouge, ridden by jockey Tom Scudamore, is the favourite to win at 10/1, according to the latest odds from bookmaker Betfair.
Not everyone finished the tough Grand National race
Close behind are Blaklion with jockey Noel Fehily and Definitly Red with jockey Danny Cook, both at odds of 14/1.
Tipster and race expert Paul Jones has concluded that Blaklion is his personal favourite after assessing all the riders and runners for this year.
These odds will likely change in the run up to the race, as various factors affect the riders and racetrack.

What is the prize money?
The Grand National has a total prize fund of £1 million with the victor taking home the grand prize of £561,300.
Last year jockey Dave Mullins raced to the finish line first on top of the aptly named winner Rule The World.
