The 40 runners and riders will take to the post at 5.15pm today (Saturday April 8).
They will take on 30 fences over the four-and-a-half mile course at Aintree.

ITV will show the race live from Aintree for the first time after it purchased the exclusive rights to show all of the major horse racing events.
Ed Chamberlin presents with analysis from AP McCoy, Mick Fitzgerald, Luke Harvey and Brian Gleeson, commentary by Richard Hoiles and reports from Brough Scott, Matt Chapman, Oli Bell and Alice Plunkett.
