David Beckham stopped his car to get out and help an elderly woman who collapsed
The father-of-four felt compelled to pull over in his car when driving along High Street Kensington after an elderly woman collapsed.
Beckham, 41, stopped his car to go to the woman's aid when he saw her on the ground as he drove through the busy London street.
According to the Mail Online, a nearby fire engine was flagged down and an ambulance was called for the woman when she hit her head tripping over.
Beckham parked his car to block traffic and offered the woman a bottle of water.

An onlooker posted on Twitter: "Was helping an old lady who fell over on my lunch break and guess who drives up to help? David Beckham. That's who. What a gentleman."
The former England captain was said to be left "fuming" earlier this month after a row with Formula One boss Ron Dennis at a Maldives resort.
The pair reportedly fell out after the 69-year-old sat in the Beckham clan's seats ahead of a New Years Eve show which saw Victoria Beckham join Mel C for a special rendition of the Spice Girls hit 2 Become 1.
A source told The Sun that the McLaren boss said: "I've paid the most money on the island, I deserve to sit here."
They went on to say: "There were name cards on the table which Ron failed to notice. He thought he could sit wherever he wanted.

"Becks was fuming. It was a throwback to his early football days when he used to show his temper on the pitch. He didn't really hold back."
Beckham was recently confirmed for the 75th anniversary of BBC Radio 4's Desert Island Discs.
He said: "I'm delighted to join Desert Island Discs for its 75th anniversary celebrations. Music has been a huge part of my – and my family's – life and it is a real pleasure to highlight that on such as iconic programme."
The popular series celebrates the milestone on January 29.
