West Ham to wait until Dimitri Payet sale to buy Scott Hogan
Payet is expected to leave West Ham for Marseille this month, with his former club ready to make a fourth bid worth £27million.
The Hammers are aware they need to offload the France international in January to avoid losing him for a reduced fee in six months' time.
And according to the Daily Star, West Ham will use the money to fund a £15m move for Brentford hitman Hogan.

Slaven Bilic's side have been in the market for a new striker all month and Hogan's homegrown status is said to be a key factor in their interest.
The 24-year-old was out of action for the majority of last season through injury but has returned with 13 goals in 25 appearances for Brentford this term.
West Ham secured the signing of Scotland international Robert Snodgrass on Friday and Hammers owner David Sullivan admitted the club are looking to recruit more British players.
