The Hammers looked to have won the game when Manuel Lanzini scored on the 86th minute, but a Gareth McAuley header snatched a point for the Baggies.
And Hammers boss Slaven Bilic vented his anger at Michael Oliver in stoppage time, being sent to the stands by the referee.

"To concede like this, it is very frustrating," Bilic told BBC Sport.
"The decisions were big time against us, every one of them.
"It is hard for referees but when you are on the wrong side of all decisions it makes you very, very angry.
