Jurgen Klopp’s men will be keen for another victory as they continue their march towards European qualification next season.
However West Brom, who are having their best Premier League season ever, will look for a strong performance in front of a packed home crowd.
The home side have no new injury worries, with the likes of Chris Brunt, Hal Robson-Kanu and James McClean all challenging for selection.
Liverpool miss captain Jordan Henderson, who is still injured, with fellow midfielder Adam Lallana also misses out, however Philip Coutinho and Roberto Firmino should start.
