But the 72-year-old's over-the-top gestures caught viewers attention as he shouted out the numbers and seemed very enthusiastic.
He smiled mischievously throughout and certainly amused viewers with his excitable antics as he took part in the fifth-round draw.
When he reached in to get a ball, the musician lifted his arm up high and scooped into the pot in a very dramatic move.

The footage caused fans to go wild as they flocked to social media to praise his bizarre antics calling him a “legend”.
