Virgil van Dijk could miss Liverpool clash
The Southampton defender injured his ankle in Sunday's 3-0 win over Premier League champions Leicester and was forced off after 55 minutes.
The Saints hold a one-goal advantage over Liverpool going into the Anfield tie, but the loss of Jose Fonte to West Ham and the injury to Van Dijk will leave them short of experience in the heart of defence.

Southampton boss Claude Puel says the club are waiting on scans for Van Dijk but admits the Dutchman could miss the midweek trip to Liverpool.
"Van Dijk, he is having a scan and I am waiting for the results at the moment," Puel told Southampton's official website.
"It's not serious, but I don't know if he can participate in this game. We will see in the next days before the game."

But midfielder Steven Davis, who has been out since Southampton beat Liverpool 1-0 in the first leg earlier this month, could return in time to face Liverpool.
"It's better for Davis," Puel added. "We will see in the training session if he can participate in this game or not."
