Now she is said to be facing court after allegedly being breathalysed by police near a McDonald’s.
Prosecutors claim she was at the wheel of her BMW 1 Series car when she gave a sample of 66 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.

The legal limit is 22 micrograms per 100 millilitres.
It has also been claimed that McDonald’s bosses have warned her to behave when visiting their restaurants, with workers allegedly refusing to serve her on occasions.
The reported incident happened at a McDonald’s in Straiton, Edinburgh. Ms Park, of Edinburgh, later tweeted that she was “barred” because of a “pending court case”.
A McDonald’s spokesman said: “We can confirm that an incident took place on October 8 at our restaurant, resulting in the police being called.

“Court proceedings are under way and we are unable to comment any further about that case.”
He added: “Ms Park is not banned from our restaurants.
“But she has been refused service on a number of occasions due to unacceptable behaviour.”

The former charity worker has also splashed her cash on other cosmetic treatments.
When she won the lottery, excited Ms Park vowed to spend the money on a customised white Range Rover, a season ticket to watch her beloved Hibernian football team in Edinburgh and on a holiday in Ibiza with her friends.
She later returned to working in a chip shop, saying she preferred it to a life of leisure.
She also split from her boyfriend after apparently issuing him with a set of “holiday rules”.
She also reportedly said she prefers getaways in Magaluf, Mallorca, and Benidorm to hanging out in top resorts in exclusive locations.
Ms Park was not available for comment yesterday.
