Owen Jones has organised the march
An “emergency demo” will take place at 6pm this evening in a sign of solidarity with America and refugees from the seven Muslim countries the President has banned from entering the US.
Journalist and author Owen Jones has set up an online Facebook group calling on people to attend the demonstration outside Downing Street in London.
Protests will also take place in cities across the UK including Manchester, Cardiff and Edinburgh.
More than 24,000 people have said they are attending the protest, while 32,000 have said they are interested in going.

Mr Trump’s executive order has banned migrants from seven Muslim countries including Syria, Somalia, Sudan, Libya, Yemen, Iran, and Iraq from coming to the US for the next 90 days.
The executive order also indefinitely blocks Syrian refugees from entering and lowers migrant numbers entering the US to 50,000 refugees.
Since the order has been introduced, 109 people who were in transit on airplanes were denied entry and 173 had not been allowed to get on their planes overseas.
Writing on the event, Mr Jones said: "Donald Trump has imposed a ban on people from seven Muslim-majority countries from entering the US.
"That includes people who helped the US army. That includes people on holiday trying to get home via the United States. That includes people trying to be reunited with their dying parents.
"It also includes Britons with dual nationality. Like our national hero Mo Farah. Even the Iraq-born Conservative MP Nadhim Zahawi.
"Theresa May has decided to ally herself with Donald Trump's bigoted, misogynistic government. She has refused to speak out against Donald Trump's #MuslimBan – even when her own Members of Parliament are targeted.
"It is not only weak, it is a matter of national shame – disgracing our country across the world.
