The incident happened in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, at about 4pm on February 27.
An 82-year-old man had been shopping at a convenience store in Albion Street and was walking back to his car.

The victim, who managed to stay on his feet, pursued the suspect, who fled down a nearby alleyway and straight into the path of a 72-year-old passer-by.
The 72-year-old tried to stop the individual and took up the chase himself after being pushed aside.
He followed the suspect into Priory Walk, back into Carlton Street and then on to Hewlett Road, where he lost sight of him.
The wallet contained more than £100 in cash
A spokesman for Gloucestershire Police said: "Neither the victim nor witness were injured, but the wallet which contained more than £100 in cash has not been recovered.

"A 43-year-old local man was later arrested on suspicion of robbery, interviewed and bailed while inquiries continue.
