Express Sport understands Real Madrid are determined to beat Manchester City and PSG to Mbappe’s signature.

And selling Bale to raise funds seems like the most viable option for the La Liga club.

The 27-year-old could be offloaded for as much as £100m.
08:25: Jose Mourinho says it’s “mission impossible” for Manchester United to sign Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.
Ronaldo threatened to quit Spain over tax fraud allegations, which he denies, earlier this summer.
United and PSG surfaced as potential destinations for the Portugal international.
But tensions have since calmed and Mourinho says a move won’t be happening.
"I am not going to get my club to waste time on players who are mission impossible," Mourinho said after United's 5-2 win over LA Galaxy.
"Ronaldo is such an important player for his club. A player of great economic power.
"We have not been able to find any reason that could have made us think that Ronaldo could leave."
