Host Bradley Walsh asked him: “In what well-known racing video game are bananas and turtles thrown?”
The Chaser, who is usually very confident with his answers, appeared to struggle to remember the popular video game before guessing: "Grand Theft Auto."
When he learned that he had answered incorrectly, Paul revealed that the reason he got the question wrong was because of his ex-boyfriend.
The team of three contestants then started getting excited with squeals of delight from Karoline in the middle, as they realised they had won £10,000 between them.
Bradley Walsh appeared shocked at Paul Sinha's confession last night.

He also told me I didn’t pay enough attention. It’s been proved that he’s right.
Uncharacteristically, Paul chimed in with a personal anecdote as he congratulated the winners: “My ex was obsessed with Mario Kart.
“He also told me I didn’t pay enough attention. It’s been proved that he’s right.”
Laughing, Walsh seemed surprised at the Sinnerman’s reveal, covering his face and struggling to maintain his composure.
The Chase continued: "But nonetheless, that was a superb performance, a really good team performance, and the turning point was when Graham pulled out Marion Cotillard out of nowhere.”

Bradley Walsh was left speechless after the Chaser's comments
Twitter users were largely grateful for Paul’s openness on the show and took to social media to praise him for it.
One viewer tweeted: “Seems that Paul Sinha went from comedy icon to gay icon today! I just love him as a nicer chaser than Mark though 😀 #TheChase. (sic)”
However, the chaser himself seemed to backtrack on his statements in a humorous moment, as he re-tweeted an article captioned: “My wife’s gonna kill me.”
