The 56-year-old host got down on his knees and did an impression of Hervé Villechaize's Tattoo.
Speaking to contestant Ian, a 44-year-old project manager from Bridgend, Bradley said: "You're a very deliberate player, not so good in the cash builder, but great in the final chase."
Introducing the possible chasers, the ITV presenter said: "Or is it the Sinhaman? You can see him on The Chase, on comedy shows, and at the start of re-runs of Fantasy Island shouting, 'The plane, boss, the plane'."
Ian looked uncomfortable, but his fellow players Coral, 70, Natasha, 34, and Richard, 22, were in hysterics.
