Andreea Cristea was pulled from the River Thames
It is not known if Andreea Cristea, 29, jumped or was forced over the edge of Westminster Bridge when the attack began on Wednesday.
Miss Cristea was on holiday with her fiancé in the British capital, from their native Romania, according to reports.
The woman was later pulled alive from the icy water.

She remains in a serious condition today with her fiancee, engineer Andrei Burnaz, who suffered a minor injury.
The pair were set to celebrate Mr Burnaz's birthday.

Romanian Foreign Affairs Ministry
Paul Ciocoiu, a spokesman for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Romania, told Digi 24 TV: “According to information we have, she would be the pedestrian hit by a car and thrown into the Thames and then recovered.
“Ministry contacted the family.
“We do not know when the family arrived in Britain. If the family require consular assistance, of course, the ministry provides help punctually.

“There is a crisis cell set up immediately after the conclusion of the terrorist attack. There are the usual procedures, to keep in touch with British authorities, hospital authorities and family seriously injured citizen.”

Police officer Keith Palmer, 48 was killed in the attack, along with mother-of-two Aysha Frade.
A man in his mid 50s was also killed.
The attacker was shot dead by armed police.
