Teacher Kelly Aldinger jailed for sex with pupil in a cemetery loses her appeal
Brunette “sexual predator” Kelly Aldinger, 50, said she wanted to get out of prison on medical grounds.
She was successfully treated for breast cancer in 2007. But she now needed tests for a “questionable lymph node” on her boobs and a “significant” pelvic condition, she told a judge.
But the mum's request for house arrest was turned down.
Kelly Aldinger was a teacher at Easton Area High School, Pennsylvania
Aldinger was jailed in December after a cop caught her having intercourse with a 17-year-old in a car parked in a graveyard at lunchtime.

The pair admitted they had been having nookie for about nine months since the boy was 16.
Aldinger, respected in her community as a church leader, faced up to seven years behind bars after pleading guilty to sexual assault.
But she got three to 23 months in jail after telling a judge she made a “huge mistake” which hurt many people.

She sobbed: “I'm not proud of myself. I have relationships that will never be repaired.
“I have to live with what I did for the rest of my life. I'm a good person who did a bad thing.“ Aldinger hooked up with the student after meeting him as a supply teacher at Easton Area High School, Pennsylvania.
She served as a church council's president at St Paul's III Lutheran Church until autumn 2015 – around the time she started having sex with the teen.
Policeman Joseph Arredondo said he interrupted their session in a silver Chevrolet Equinox while patrolling Easton Cemetery at 1.06 p.m last May.
But they were not the only couple who have used the graveyard for bonks, said its superintendent Jeff Mutchler.
It is a popular haunt of couples meeting for romantic trysts with prostitutes and drug users also taking advantage of its “out-of-the-way setting.“
Mr Mutchler said: “It's like a park. Because it's secluded and quiet, we do have people disrespecting the families of the people buried here.
“We rely on the Easton police department to help us. They come in, they do drive throughs.”
Prosecutors branded Aldinger a predator who used her position of authority for her own sexual gratification.
Her crimes were no “one-time event” but involved at least 15 sexual encounters, they said.
And letting her out of prison now would depreciate the severity of her crime, said Assistant District Attorney Tatum Wilson.
Aldinger's lawyer Philip Lauer said her crimes happened when she was struggling with medical problems and a difficult marriage.
