
The 45-year-old was found dead at her London home yesterday after being diagnosed with a brain tumour in January last year.
While the original IT girl was regularly splashed across the newspapers, Grant claim the public have been kept in the dark about the star’s charitable donations.
“She appeared a rather self-indulgent person,” Grant said. “But she was one of the kindest souls.
“We’ll find out more about all of the people she was giving to that we didn’t know about.”

Tributes for the I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! have poured in since her death was confirm by police yesterday.
Good Morning Britain host Piers Morgan posted on Twitter: “RIP Tara Palmer Tomkinson, 45. A fun, feisty woman who battled many demons. Very sad news.”
Eighties pop icon Boy George said: "Sorry we have lost Tara. R.I.P. She was a sweet complicated soul!"
While her fellow I'm A Celebrity camp mate Tony Blackburn posted: "Very sad news about Tara Palmer-Tomkinson. She was such a sweet person and Taken too soon. R.I.P."
Breaking news about the star’s death, police told The Sun: “Police were called by London Ambulance Service at approximately 13:40hrs on Wednesday, 8 February to an address in Bramham Gardens, SW5.

A flurry of tributes for Tara Palmer-Tomkinson have poured in since her death
“A woman, aged in her 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene. Next of kin have been informed.
“The death is being treated as unexplained. At this early stage, police are not treating the death as suspicious.
“Enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing. The Coroner has been informed.”
