Speaking candidly on the ITV breakfast show today, the 46-year-old journalist shocked viewers as she confirmed that she often weeps after presenting alongside her outspoken co-host.
"I'm still reeling from the revelation you go home and cry after work," Piers blurted.
And Susanna didn't deny the allegation, instead bluntly retorting: "Yes, I do. It didn't come as a surprise to many other people, but it came as a surprise to you!"

Piers revealed that Susanna often goes home and weeps
I'm still reeling from the revelation you go home and cry after work.
Later in the show, the brunette took another swipe at Piers as Dr Hilary Jones measured her blood pressure.
After demonstrating a higher level than average, she raged: "For my health, I should stop working with you!"
Cheeky Piers then hit back: "You're fine – working with me is clearly beneficial to your health."
Susanna's remarks came after the broadcaster shared a series of tweets in which she slammed trolls who accused her of falling short to her co-host.
Susanna also blamed Piers for being responsible for her high pressure
She seethed: "Well, it's one thing challenging @piersmorgan on his views every day. It's quite another to be told I don't do enough – or even enable them."
"Newflash: I might be a feminist, and a strong woman, but I'm not a superhero with miracle powers," she continued in a follow-up tweet.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
