Super Mario Run 's Android release date has been revealed after the Fire Emblem Heroes Direct conference.
Super Mario Run will make its Android debut in March, although the exact date is yet to be revealed.
By this point, Nintendo will have already released Fire Emblem Heroes, which has a February 2 release date.

Fire Emblem Heroes will feature streamlined turn-based battles, with upgradeable heroes, weapon types and special moves.
"A world with two kingdoms: the Emblian Empire, which wishes to rule all worlds, and the Askran Kingdom, which stands in its way," the official description reads.
"You are a summoner with the special ability to call upon legendary Heroes from different Fire Emblem worlds. In order to save the Kingdom of Askr from destruction, join the Order of Heroes and face a never-ending challenge."
The biggest news is that it will be a free game download with options for in app purchases, potentially for coloured summoning stones to use in battle.
"Use Orbs to summon Heroes that will fight for you. Five colored summoning stones are randomly generated, allowing you to summon a Hero based on their color type. You can obtain Orbs by clearing story maps or purchasing them through the Shop."
In the run up to the Fire Emblem Heroes iPhone and Android release date, fans can help choose which heroes appear in the game.
"The Fire Emblem Heroes: Choose Your Legends event is now on!" reads a Nintendo tweet.
Fans can visit the Fire Emblem Heroes website and select which characters they want to see in the game.
Fire Emblem players can also earn 200 Platinum Points by linking to their Nintendo accounts.
