Lukaku has refused to sign a new Everton contract amid concrete interest from Chelsea and Manchester United.
Chelsea are keen to re-sign the Belgian striker have selling him to the Toffees in 2014.
While United want a new forward to replace Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who is out until the new year with a knee injury.
And Lukaku has made it clear he wants to play for a club in the Champions League which Chelsea and United can both offer.

Staying at Everton? That's not really an option, I think
While speaking to reporters on international duty with Belgium, Lukaku made clear he doesn't see a future at Everton.
Belgian football expert Kristof Terreur quoted Lukaku as saying: "Staying at Everton? That's not really an option, I think."
Earlier today, the 24-year-old admitted he knows what he wants to do and has already reached an agreement with his next club.

"My agent knows what's going to happen and I know as well," Lukaku told Sky Sports.

"I'm staying calm and we have an agreement with the club as well. We stay calm and at least we have a direction where we want to go. I'm just going to rest for a few days and then just prepare for next season.
"I want to put the time in on my holiday to take everything to another level and be better than I was last year."
