The former Reds striker believes emotions will be riding high at the first home game since Moran passed away.
But he maintained it is perfect that the occasion will be an all-Merseyside affair given how much the region meant to the former Liverpool manager and player.

“There are going to be a lot of emotions at this game and in a way I’m glad that it’s Everton because when things like this happen they are always so respectful as well,” said Fowler.
“I’m not saying anyone else isn’t but Ronnie was involved in almost 100 Merseyside derbies throughout his career and I think they will appreciate that as well.
“It is all terribly sad, but I couldn’t think of a better game, and hopefully all his family will be there and the Everton fans will get right behind the family.
