Resident Evil 7 Experience in the UK
The Resident Evil 7 Biohazard release date is only days away, but you can get a real life preview of the game by visiting the Resident Evil 7 Experience in the UK.
The free Resident Evil 7 Experience takes place in London at the Dray Walk Gallery, which can be found at 91 Brick Lane, London E1 6QL.
Running on a first come first served basis, the Resident Evil 7 Experience kicks off today (January 20), and runs until Monday, January 23.
Participants will be admitted in pairs, with queues opening at 11.30am. The first tour takes place at 1pm, while the final pair will be admitted at 9.53pm. More details can be found on the Resident Evil 7 Experience website.
The live-action experience is inspired by the Resident Evil 7 storyline, as members of the public play the part of journalist interns investigating the disappearance of their crew.
And as Capcom points out: "Participants will not be alone in there as they try to solve puzzles and escape unharmed."
Express Online has tried the Resident Evil 7 Experience, and can confirm that it's every bit as terrifying as the reviews make out. If you're a Resident Evil fan that's at a loose end this weekend/Monday, you should definitely pop along if you get the chance.
The only downside is that you can't book ahead, and it would be great if the Resident Evil 7 Experience expanded to more locations in the future.

For anybody planning to attend the Resident Evil Experience over the weekend, here's some top survival tips:
- It's first come first served, so be prompt
- Get stuck in and don't waste any time trying to solve those puzzles
- Remember to answer the phone, it might just save your life!
- Search everywhere for marked items you can take with you
- Remember to split up when necessary
- Communicate with your teammate
- Bring some spare underwear!
If you don't manage to get into the Resident Evil 7 Experience but still want to get your Resident Evil 7 kicks, then you could always download the Resident Evil 7 Beginning Hour demo.
Capcom recently revealed that the demo has been downloaded more than 3 million times, despite previously only being available for PlayStation Plus subscribers on PS4.
PlayStation VR users, meanwhile, can download a second demo titled Kitchen VR.
Resident Evil 7 is set after the events of Resident Evil 6, taking place in modern day and revolving around a foreboding, derelict plantation mansion in rural America.
Resident Evil 7 Biohazard release date is set for January 24. Express Online will have a full review next week.
