Fabregas has found game time hard to come by at Chelsea this season.

But Spanish outlet Diario Gol claim Real Madrid are ready to move for him this summer.

It is said Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane wants to sign a playmaker with 'Barcelona DNA'.

Fabregas started his career at Barcelona and spent three years in their first team before moving to Chelsea in 2014.
