That is according to Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport, who claim Inter are preparing some big changes to their squad.
Inter were recently taken over by a Chinese consortium and supposedly have cash to burn this winter.
But they are also plotting deals for the summer that may end up involving Premier League clubs.

According to the report, Inter are willing to sell Chelsea and Manchester United target Ivan Perisic for £34.5million in order to raise funds for a transfer splurge of their own.
It is claimed Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is most keen on landing Croatia international Perisic, while United would be interested if he became available.
Were Inter to sell Perisic, the report suggests that manager Stefano Pioli will immediately look to sign either Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez or Sergio Aguero of Manchester City as a replacement.

Landing Aguero could prove tricky for Inter after the striker agreed to a new contract this week.
But a deal for Sanchez is a more realistic proposition, with the Chile international yet to pen a new contract at the Emirates.
Were Sanchez to enter the last 12 months of his current deal this summer then Arsenal would likely look to sell their star man rather than lose him for nothing in 2018.
The report adds that Inter could also push for 22-year-old Fiorentina forward Federico Bernardeschi.
