Manager Zinedine Zidane has also told president Flroentino Perez he is keen on landing Chelsea’s Eden Hazard and Juventus striker Paulo Dybala.
But, with Chelsea refusing to do business and Dybala having recently extended his Juve contract, Real’s transfer options are drying up.

And La Liga expert Balague believes United manager Jose Mourinho is ready to fight to keep De Gea at Old Trafford.
"The original list of potential Galacticos included, amongst others, David De Gea, Thibaut Courtois, Paulo Dybala and Eden Hazard,” Balague told Sky Sports.
“But Dybala has just renewed his contract with Juve and Chelsea have got no intention of selling Hazard and believe Courtois is happy with his leadership role at the club.
"Jose Mourinho has let Real Madrid know he has no intention of selling. The options are getting reduced by the day."

Express Sport understands Chelsea manager Antonio Conte wants assurances that Courtois and Hazard will not be sold before he signs a new contract in west London.
As for Dybala, the Argentine signed a contract at Juve until 2022 this week – putting an end to Real’s interest in the 23-year-old, who had also caught the eye of Barcelona.
