The Rainbow Six Siege new operators will arrive in May
It appears that dataminers have found the latest information on the Rainbow Six Siege new operators, including location, weapons and gadgets.
While the Rainbow Six Siege update details don’t include any screenshots, there is enough info to put together a rough guide on what will be coming in May.
The new Operators hail from Hong Kong and have the codenames Caltrop and Dazzler.
It appears that Caltrop will have a loadout that includes two different kinds of mines, a normal explosive mine and a poisonous variation.
Less is known about Dazzler, although as the name suggest, the new operator could include some kind of beam gadget that can blind opponents.
It appears that one of the new characters will have access to the QBZ-95 automatic rifle, while another will wield the JS9 suppressed submachine gun.
A new gadget may also be added to the game for other operators to use and it would be interesting to see what kind of impact the concussion mine could have, in the right hands.

The most recent expansion, the mid-season reinforcement patch, went live in March, providing a massive improvement to Glaz, who will benefit from "thermal visual feedback" when aiming through a scope.
The buff will make it easier to pick out enemies, as long as they aren't behind a wall, and will also work through smoke grenades.

Glaz isn't the only character who will benefit from the Velvet Shell mid-season reinforcement update.
Doc will now be able to overheal players to 140 health, instead of the previous 120.
The overheal effect was first introduced in the Rainbow Six Siege Skull Rain mid-season reinforcement update but Ubisoft will now increase it even further.
While Buck will now get an additional magazine for his Skeleton Key shotgun.
Weapons changes in the Rainbow Six update also mean the DMR's trigger rate has been reduced to stop players from firing faster than they intended.
While Echo's MP5SD2 now features an integrated suppressor and deals more damage at mid-range.
