However, before her days as steely lawyer Rachel Zane, the 41-year-old had a more comedic role in US sitcom The War at Home.
Footage has re-surfaced of the American star who made a rather saucy turn in an episode called The Seventeen-Year Itch.
Meghan plays a character named Susan and in the scene in question, she is in bed with lead character Dave Gold (played by Michael Rapaport).
In the clip, her onscreen alter-ego is seen waking up as she turns to face her bed fellow seductively, after he is heard making noises and watches over her while she has been sleeping.
As she turns to face him, resting her head on one elbow, she cheekily tells him: “Twice in one night? Check you!”
Her beau is seen simply nodding in approval to her words with a grin on his face.
The Fringe star only made one appearance in The War at Home in 2006 but it appears to have been a memorable one.
