OnePlus 5 will be the next flagship smartphone from the plucky start-up
OnePlus 5 is one of the most eagerly anticipated Android phones – and OnePlus have teased a key detail about the device in a reveal today on Twitter.
OnePlus posted a picture on on social media with the caption: "Look into the shadows. What do you 5ee?"
The picture shows a OnePlus 3T – but when you look into the shadows you can see there is something underneath it.
The wording of see – with a 5 – in the Twitter post suggests that underneath the OnePlus 3T is the OnePlus 5.
If that is the case, then that means the OnePlus 5 is a smaller handset than the OnePlus 3T.

The shot clearly shows the OnePlus 3T resting on something – but you can't see the edges of what is underneath it.
This means, whatever is underneath it – it's smaller.
This ties into comments OnePlus CEO Pete Lau made on Chinese social network Weibo today.
He said the OnePlus 5 would be a compact device, vowing that it would be the thinnest flagship smartphone ever made.
Mr Lau said: "OnePlus 5, I believe it is the thinnest flagship phone, and did not sacrifice other user experiences."
