Nokia could be set to spring another big surprise after photos leaked online of another new phone from the company.
Renders claiming to show off the Nokia P1, the company’s next big Android-powered phone have appeared in a new video, giving a look at the next device from the iconic Finnish phone maker.
And it looks like the new device could be Nokia's most powerful smartphone to date.

The renders were revealed in a YouTube video by Concept creator, offering up its view of how the Nokia P1 will look.
The Nokia P1 will sport an all-metal body that is curved at the corners, similar to many leading Android devices around today.
The video also suggested that the device will sport a 5.3in display covered in Gorilla Glass 5, making it hopefully resistant to drops and spills.
Below this is a physical home button with an embedded fingerprint sensor for speedy locking and unlocking.

As for cameras, the device will sport a Carl Zeiss-made 22.6MP rear camera, which would be one of the most powerful lenses around today.
Inside, the Nokia P1 is set to be the company’s most powerful device to date, sporting a Snapdragon 835 processor, 6GB of RAM and 256GB storage – all powered by a huge 3,500mAh battery.

It will run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, making it the first Nokia device to do so.
There’s no news on price or availability yet, so expect more news on that at Mobile World Congress later this month.

The Nokia P1 looks to be one of several new devices coming from the company this year as it plots its return to the smartphone market.
This should include at least one new smartphone – the mystery Nokia ‘Heart’ device which was revealed in leaked benchmarking tests as the first Nokia phone to run Android Nougat.
The company also recently revealed the Nokia 6, which is only on sale in China for the time being, and reportedly sold out all its initial stock in just a minute.
Over a million people have also reportedly already registered their interest in buying the phone on JD.com, the online Chinese retailer that has exclusive rights for the device.

Reports last month also suggested that a new super-sized Nokia tablet device could also be set for launch soon.
According to the specification notes the as-yet-unnamed device sports a 18.4in touchscreen with a 2560×1440 UHD display. Inside, there’s a majorly powerful oct-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.
Interestingly, the device reportedly runs a tweaked version of Android 7.0 Nougat, with the spec sheet noting a ‘Android FIH Edition’.
There’s also a 12MP rear camera that is able to capture UltraHD 4K video, and comes with autofocus and touch focus features, twinned with a 12MP front lens with the same capability.
The device also comes with Bluetooth, GPS, NFC and Wi-Fi LTE connectivity – so now we just need to wait and see when it will be revealed.
