The latest Nintendo Switch Mario Rabbids update
There have been a surge of leaks concerning the new title, which looks set to land this year for the hybrid console.
While it hasn’t been officially announced, there’s plenty of evidence that’s been released online that confirms its existence.
The latest concerns the game’s new Amiibo range, with new prototype images appearing on Reddit.
However, the new image showing Rabbid characters wearing Mario, Luigi, Peach and Yoshi costumes, come with a big warning.
“This is, as of now, unsourced and wholly unverified,” the Reddit description reads.
“Please treat all rumors and speculation with appropriate skepticism.”
This is the time of year for epic fake leaks being released, ahead of E3 2017. However, there are existing reports from earlier this year that claim Amiibos were being discussed between Ubisoft and Nintendo.
It also seems like a pretty good idea, considering just how popular Amiibos can be at retail.
If these are real, they will definitely be shown off during E3 2017, with both Ubisoft and Nintendo hosting their own conferences.
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle will be a new role-playing game developed by Ubisoft, using the company's Snowdrop engine, which was also used for Tom Clancy’s The Division.

Monster Hunter XX custom Nintendo Switch console
Nintendo Switch fans have been given a first look at the limited edition Monster Hunter XX custom console.
The Monster Hunter XX Nintendo Switch console features custom packaging and a unique design for fans.
The dock is covered in Monster Hunter patterns, while the back of the Switch handheld has a Monster Hunter emblem and tribal pattern.
Unfortunately, however, the new Nintendo Switch console is already out of stock.
The Capcom website is completely sold out of the console, which isn't surprising given the general Nintendo Switch stock issues and popularity of Monster Hunter.
The news comes after Monster Hunter XX was given an August 25 release date on Nintendo Switch.
And with cross-platform multiplayer between 3DS and Switch, fans will have a big pool of players to team up with.
Nintendo 3DS owners will also be able to transfer saves from 3DS to Nintendo Switch and back again.
