Nathan Ake joined Chelsea in 2011
Ake, who started out at Dutch side ADO Den Haag, joined Eredivisie giants Feyenoord at the age of 12 before switching to Chelsea three years later.
The defender has had loan spells at Reading, Watford and most recently Bournemouth, where he was recalled last month by Blues manager Antonio Conte.

And the Holland Under-21 international has revealed how he was invited to the club with his family and met Chelsea legend Drogba.
"He was training outside," Ake told Daily Mail. "We saw him and he came over to say hello. My Dad is a shy person but he was more shy than usual; a bit intimidated, I think.
"His family is from the Ivory Coast and Drogba is a big hero. Drogba just said: 'If you want to win trophies and be at a big club then join us'."

Ake impressed on his recent loan spell at Bournemouth, where he scored three goals in 10 Premier League appearances.
"I got confidence and the trust of the manager [Eddie Howe] and everything was flowing," the 21-year-old added.
"Every game I was learning more, picking up little things, watching clips and talking to the manager. I felt as if I was growing into a better player."
