Romain Grosjean says the new kerbs at the Monaco Grand Prix are like a 'take-off ramp'
The Monaco GP organisers have added extra height and width to kerbs at the the chicane exiting Piscine on the way into Rascasse.
The changes have been made to stop drivers gaining an advantage by cutting those corners.
But Romain Grosjean, who drives for Haas-Ferrari and recently became head of the Grand Prix Drivers Association, believes they will cause more harm than good.
"That big yellow thing, don't touch it when you are in a Formula One car," Grosjean said.

Who is top of the F1 Drivers' World Championship after Round 5?
“It looks like a taking-off ramp.
"If you clip your front wing, it could take it off because you’ve made a small mistake and it will fly you straight into the wall.
"Before, there was a big one [kerb] there, and taking it you were losing time anyway, so I was a bit surprised to see that."
Three-time world champion Lewis Hamilton, who was fastest in this morning’s first practice session, wondered why the kerbs had been changed at all while his team-mate Valtteri Bottas described the new obstacles ‘quite extreme’ given they were already quite big.

Organisers are hoping to prevent corner-cutting at the Monaco Grand Prix 2017
“Last year if you hit it, it was not good definitely,” Bottas said.
"This is bigger and you need to be sure you don't take the kerbs – that's the main thing really.
"I don't mind, it's a big kerb but if you go on it it's your own fault and you pay for that."
Force India driver Sergio Perez joined in the complaints too
"It is far too big,” Perez said.
“I don't think there is a need to have such a big kerb.
"I think the one we had before was big enough and if you hit it, it would send you to the wall.
“So I think this one will probably send you to the grandstand."
