Salah has been strongly linked with a move to Liverpool in recent days following a brilliant season at Roma.
The 24-year-old came close to joining the Reds back in 2014 before opting to sign for Chelsea.
But according to The Times, Salah has now agreed personal terms with Liverpool this summer.
The report claims Liverpool had had a bid of £28million rejected but Roma want closer to £35m for the winger.

Salah's agent Ramy Abbas reportedly flew to England earlier this week for talks with Liverpool over a potential move.
The player is understood to be keen on a move to Anfield and has verbally agreed a deal that would almost double his salary at Roma.
Salah was Roma's top scorer in the league this season with 15 goals and provided 13 assists.
