Young has been linked with a move away from Manchester United before tomorrow’s 11pm transfer deadline.
West Brom and Watford have show interest in the midfielder, while a big-money switch to China has also been mooted.
But Sky Sports claim there is now a 90 per cent chance that Young will stay at Old Trafford.
Ashley Young now looks set to stay at Manchester United this month
The news will likely please Jose Mourinho, who admitted yesterday he would love it if Young remained at the club.
"The only player that I am aware of a possibility to leave, and I am waiting for January 31 to know what is going on, is Ashley Young," Mourinho said.
"[He is] a player I would love to keep.
"I am not happy if he leaves, but he is the only player that I am informed has a possibility of leaving.

Jose Mourinho will be delighted as he wanted to keep Young at Man United
"That is why he didn't play and I gave chances to other people.
"I don't know if he is going to stay. If I could choose, definitely yes he would stay with us."
Young joined United in 2011 from Aston Villa and has since gone on to make 151 appearances for the Red Devils.
His current contract runs until June 2018.
