Michael Buble's wife Luisana Lopilato is reportedly returning to work next month
Argentinian actress Luisana abandoned the set of locally-produced movie Those Who Love, Hate to jet to Los Angeles late last year where her worst fears were confirmed when three-year-old Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer.
Michael, 41, also cancelled his work commitments, including plans to host this month’s BRIT Awards, following the diagnosis last November so he could concentrate on saving his son’s life.
Last week the couple confirmed Noah was responding well to cancer treatment as they thanked well-wishers for their messages of support.
They made the announcement in a post on Facebook – their first since they confirmed the youngster had cancer last November – hours after an Argentinian journalist went on TV to say Luisana’s sister Daniela had sent him a message saying: “Noah’s cancer has gone.”

Online showbiz news site DiarioShow said Luisana, 29, has told film director Alejandro Maci she is planning to return from Los Angeles in mid-March to complete the movie.
The film – titled ‘Los que aman odian’ in Spanish – is scheduled to premiere in September.
It is not yet clear whether Noah and his younger brother Elias, one, will accompany her.
Luisana is said to have discussed her return home in a telephone conversation with Maci after he rang her following the new Facebook post about Noah’s health.
The actress and her pop star husband said: “We are so grateful to report that our son Noah has been progressing well during his treatment and the doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy.
“He has been brave throughout, and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us. Our gratitude to his doctors and caretakers cannot be put into words.
“We’d like to thank the thousands of people that have sent their prayers and good wishes to us. As we continue this journey, we are greatly comforted by your support and love.”
Doctors in Los Angeles are understood to have confirmed Michael and Luisana’s worst fears about Noah on November 1 last year after doing a liver biopsy following an initial examination at a clinic in Buenos Aires.
Argentinian media had speculated the youngster was suffering mumps when the actress left the country unexpectedly to fly to the States.
Noah is thought to have started a four month course of chemotherapy after the diagnosis amid reports he had a 90 per cent chance of beating the disease.

Luisana’s elder sister told Argentinian magazine Gente soon after it was confirmed Noah had cancer: “If God wanted it to be discovered that way, it’s because he wants to save Noah.
“Cancer is a horrible illness but we have faith in Noah being able to overcome this. We know he will. The time to start a long and very difficult treatment has come but it’s got to be done.
“They say children are normally strong to put up with chemotherapy and my nephew is a warrior.”
Patagonik Films, the producers of the film Luisana was working on, said when she left for the States with her eldest son: “For reasons which are already in the public domain, Luisana Lopilato’s remaining scenes will be filmed at a later date.”
The movie, set in the 1940s, is an adaption of a crime novel by Argentinian poet and short-fiction writer Silvina Ocampo and her journalist and fiction writer husband Adolfo Bioy Casares.
A homeopath escapes a passionate love affair in the film by running away to a remote coastal area, only to be reunited with the woman he wants to forget – played by Noah’s mum – through a quirk of fate.
