Matteo Darmian has claimed he is uncertain about his Manchester United future
Matteo Darmian joined Manchester United in 2015 from Italian side Torino, being brought in by former boss Louis van Gaal.
However, the full-back has been in and out of Jose Mourinho’s sides, leading to questions about his long-term future at Old Trafford.
The 27-year-old, who has two years remaining on his current contract, made just 29 appearances in all competitions for the Red Devils this term.
And the Italy international has admitted he is unsure about his future heading into the summer transfer window.

“My future? I do not know,” Darmian told Italian outlet TuttoMercatoWeb after Manchester United’s 2-0 Europa League final win over Ajax.
“Honestly I have two years on my contract and I think it is inappropriate – after such a beautiful victory – to talk about it.
"There will be the opportunity at the right time. We will enjoy this victory, we are thinking of the Manchester victims.
"It's not for flattery, but I’m aware that playing for United implies something, there’s so much competition. With every game we've played this year there was room for everyone.

"I was able to reap the benefits, I'm happy, [Jose] Mourinho is a winner, and since the beginning of the year we have seen results and improvements."
Darmian’s representatives are said to be flying to the UK this week to establish the defender’s position at Old Trafford.
He has been linked with a return to Italy, with Roma reportedly showing an interest in signing the 27-year-old.
Express Sport understands United are also running the rule over Tottenham defender Kyle Walker, suggesting Darmian could be let go.
