Fellaini has been playing further forward for Manchester United in recent weeks.

The Belgium international has two goals in his last five appearances including the crucial equaliser in the 1-1 draw with Liverpool.

And the midfielder admits his recent strikes have given him confidence.

"I’ve played forward more, which is good," Fellaini told MUTV.

"I’ve been scoring for the team so hopefully I can keep going.

"I have to give everything when the manager gives me that chance.

Fellaini signed a contract extension last month, keeping him at Old Trafford until 2018.
