Van Ginkel started his career in the Netherlands before signing for Chelsea in 2013.
Manager at the time Jose Mourinho splashed out £8million to sign the midfielder from feeder club Vitesse Arnhem.
However, four years down the line and he has made just four appearances for Chelsea across all competitions.
Van Ginkel has spent the majority of his time at Stamford Bridge out on loan, enjoying spells at the likes of AC Milan, Stoke and PSV.

And PSV have now signed the midfielder on loan again for the forthcoming campaign.
A statement issued on their website read: “PSV and Chelsea have reached an agreement on a transfer for Marco van Ginkel.
“It is a loan deal for the duration of a season.
“PSV hope to quickly welcome the midfielder in Switzerland, where he will join our training camp.”
